Since 1974, Wexford County Council on Aging (WCCOA) has been providing a
wide array of services and programs to meet the needs in our community. Even though our name implies services for the elderly,
our scope of services extend to families as well, helping during crisis to enable generations of residents to cope with challenges.
The WCCOA works to enhance the wellness and empowers our seniors to be a vital part of the community.
County Council on Aging (COA) is a local nonprofit 501©3 agency, serving seniors age 60 and older and disabled adults throughout
Wexford County, Michigan. The agency is governed by a 15 member Board.

share) through the Wexford County Senior Millage to help lower the actual cost of our homemaking, personal care, in-home respite,
DayBreak Adult Day Services and snow removal (pre-paid vouchers for snow removal) for those that are 60 years old and
Other sources of funding come from Area Agency on Aging of Northwest Michigan, Northern Health Care Management,
