In-home Respite services are provided by a trained and screened direct care staff. The COA staff member
will provide companionship and care for those in need in the familiar environment of their own home, allowing the primary
caregiver time and security to run errands, shop, visit, or just relax.
The typical hourly allotment for the millage
funded In-home Respite service is 4 hours per week. Extra hours can be purchased under the Silver Care program.
